Measuring the purchase power parity, Hungary ranks 49th in the world in terms of GDP per capita.

If you wish to buy a property in Budapest you need to get an approval from the Administrative Office (AOB).

According to the regulations, most expatriates should receive a permit in 2 to 3 months.

There are rumours going around the internet that apartments near the city centre are much cheaper. Well, they’re not.

Schools in Hungary are mostly public and are run by the Ministry of Human Resources.

Pre-school is considered compulsory and is for children who’re 3 to 6 years old.
