Followed by this, Hong Kong became a Special Administrative Region (SAR) of the PRC which in turn gives Hong Kong high autonomy in all matters excluding matters of foreign affairs and defense.

Hong Kong virtually has no debts with any countries.
Inclusive with an efficient banking system, an iron like legal system, there is almost virtually no wiggle room for corruption.
Hong Kong has the highest measure of economic freedom in the world according to Index of Economic Freedom.
It also has sufficient foreign exchange reserves, stringent anti-corruption measures and is closely tied to mainland China, allowing it to be flexible under dynamic circumstances. Hong Kong is the second highest ranked Asian government according to the World Economic Forum’s Network Readiness Index.
Buying or Renting Property in Hong Kong
It is possible for expats to buy and rent property in Hong Kong. However, according to a law which was passed in 2012, foreign nationals who do not possess a permanent resident’s card have to pay 15% stamp duty as taxes.
In Hong Kong it makes more sense to buy property rather than rent it because that gives you an advantage of low-interest rates.
Also, the rents are quite expensive.
The city allows unfettered ownership of property whether you’re an individual or a corporation as long as there are no legal failings.
Schools in Hong Kong
There are three main types of schools in Hong Kong. Government schools, which are owned and piloted by the government itself.
Aided schools, which are subsidized by the government but are run by voluntary bodies, both of these types of schools follow the curriculum bestowed by the government and provide primary and secondary education free of cost.
Finally, there are private schools, some of which are aided by the government. The schools here offer a wide range of curriculum aligned with countries like the UK, US, Canada etc.
Weather in Hong Kong
The climate is subtropical for half of the year and pleasantly mild through the other half.
The weather is cheerful and idyllic throughout the year.
However, in between the months of May and November, there are cyclones of a tropical nature and thunderstorms which are rather tempesting in nature.
